Refund and Returns Policy

At Volmavel, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. 1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of your item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within this period for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item should be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will issue a return authorization and provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.
  • Refunds for returns without defects or errors may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item.

3. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist. The exchange process works as follows:

  1. Return the original item under the 30-day return policy.
  2. Place a new order for the product you would like in exchange.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your original purchase (minus any applicable fees), and you can proceed with the new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  2. Provide pictures of the damaged or defective item and your order number.
  3. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during a clearance or final sale.
  • Opened or used toys (unless damaged or defective).

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Free Returns: In cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Volmavel will cover the return shipping costs.
