We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but once your order is confirmed, the price will remain locked in for that specific transaction.
Promotions and Discounts: Promotions, sales, or discounts offered on our website are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion. These promotions may have expiration dates, product exclusions, and other limitations. Discount codes must be entered during checkout to be applied, and they cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
2. Ordering Process

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return or exchange as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Risk of Loss: Once your order has been dispatched, the risk of loss for the products passes to you. Volmavel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Return Eligibility: Our products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt if they meet the return requirements. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Certain products, such as personalized items or those purchased during clearance sales, may not be eligible for returns.

You will need to provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you must first return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance with exchanges, please contact our customer support team.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@volmavel.com or call 704-927-6421. We will assist you with a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping costs.

Discount Codes: If you have a discount code, it must be applied during the checkout process. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
